At The Football Archive, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from stains, damage, odors, or other signs of use
Customized Jerseys
Customized or personalized jerseys are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This includes jerseys with custom names, numbers, or other personalized details.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We will review the issue and, if confirmed, work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, you may return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.
